I dont know what it is. it is white and round and a little smaller than a eraser commander. It says watson on one side and any 966 or 996 ( depends o if its upside or not) on the other side. Does anyone know what it is?

Didn't find yours, but Watson 669 is Enapril, used for heart conditions and high blood pressure.
There isn't any pill that have that specific number, however there is one i.e. actually "669" to be precise called Enalapril which is used to treat high-ranking blood pressure (hypertension), congestive heart failure, kidney problems cause by diabetes, and to improve survival after a heart attack.
