Have you ever tried "hot stones therapy"? Does it work?
Answer:
I've tried it. Nothing special really. Certainly not worth the extra you pay for it. It in recent times feels nature of warm and cosy.
Can't say aloud i have, but it sounds painfull.
I hold never tried it, I wan't to try it and learn how to do it but I believe it merely warms up the muscles and help them relieve tension and toxins and things approaching that.
I second CuriousJ... nothing special and not worth paying any extra for.
Did zilch a proper massage can't do.
My evaluation, as a person who spent oodles yeaars in the condition industry, is that it doesn't do a thing for you except have a feeling good when they do it. Maybe that's ample.
It depends on what symptoms you are trying to treat.
For muscle pain and common health, I prefer a theraputic
chafe. You can get them at some chiropractors office, at day spas, or an independant LMT.
The hot stones analysis I tried, the MT used hot stones (very warm but not burning) surrounded by her hands.
I prefer the hand on instead. But to each his own.
If you haven't have a massage however, try one for 30 minutes, but I have to put on alert you, after you get your first pat, you'll want to go for an hour. :)
YES, WONDERFULLLLLLLLLLLLLL
