Massage technique for Plantar Fasciitis??

I've had Plantar Fasciitis for over a year very soon, almost two years, and have tried stretching and righteous shoes, and so on, but am wondering if maybe there's some characteristics of massage or other exercise, any with muscles or sparkle, I can do to help speed the medicinal.
