I'm slightly hypothyroid but I don't take any medication for it.
The doctor say it's not serious enough for medicine and that I can live with it.
The problem is that my metabolism is slow because of the thyroid and it's massively hard for me to lose counterweight. I would like to know if nearby are any natural ways to speed up my metabolism. I know iodine is fitting, and I already try to eat for a moment more fish. But what else could help?
