that hurts. gets some riyslin I am not sure how it is spelled made by gum contained by the toothpaste aile. Then take the vitiamin l-lysen. 2 per daytime. if you remember to take the lysen when the cold sore is of late starting you won't even get it. increase dosage as neccessary

It will go away by itself contained by 7-10 days and any expensive medications you may buy over the counter will shorten that time by partly a day at the most. The best you can do is only just wait it out. Unfortunately the virus that cause the cold sore will be with you the rest of your vivacity (it stays dormant in your nerves, believe it or not) and you will hold periodic outbreaks approaching this. You will start to realize when they are coming on, but there's not much you can really do to prevent them, antiviral medications won't work any, so don't waste your money.
A suitable way that works for me is to rime them.
When I feel the tingling on my lip, I hold an rime cube to it until it is numb. This keeps the cold sore from forming.
If a stress cold sore appears on the lip due to no tingling, I can speed up the restorative by icing it (holding an ice cube to it until it's numb a few times a day). The sore directly goes to its bleeding stage and heal within 4 days instead of two weeks.
