Eating 1 fast food dinnertime or smoking 1 gram of herb a day.
My herb history used for the 1st time @18 -20/25 smoked heavily -25/29 smoked from time to time -29/32 didnt smoke For years I have deal with ardent instability and have tried different perscription drugs(paxil wellbutrin abilify ritalin concerta) to attempt to alleviate these state of mind These drugs didnt work for me and in some cases made me gain consignment and fell lethargic so I approved to give weed another try For nearly 2 mos I smoked less than 1g a afternoon and experienced a positive turn in my life span I actually feel happy again begin to eat better and exercise I lost 25lbs during this spell Now I am still exercising and eating much better but no longer smoking herb and I am going through the mood swings again Its be almost 2 mos since I last smoked herb and I am determined to progress at least 6 mos w/o smoking again I hold felt better using herb on a each day basis more so the gratifying myself beside burgers and fries as I used to more2saynospace

What is worse? treating the symptoms and not the cause. Are you compulsive give or take a few your diet? Or self indulgent? Do you have any chemical deficiency in your dexterity to absorb nutrients? Have you even explored professional services to determine whether the cause of your issue(s) are organic / biological / psychological? I'm not suggesting you're crazy, a moment ago that you are operating with no physical information and don't seem interested contained by getting real information around yourself. There are plenty of resources available, and several types of tests that could be taken - you could enjoy elaborate blood trialling done to determine if you have any amino bitter deficiencies or food allergies (costs almost $1000). You may enjoy some behavioral issues that you're not aware of, that trigger your mood swings. Identifying these behaviors may be all you entail, so that you can know when to adjust for them, or you could try to change them. Lots of option, other than the ones you've tried so far. All I can read aloud about what you've tried - they aren't working for you the channel you want. So you need to try something else.

Seriously the worst thing is the infatuation. If you mean to speak marijuana is helping you maintain your weightiness and figure, later its good for you as long as you don't capture caught. But then the problem of over indulgence comes a road when you don't smoke. The thing is you other want to have a plea for your action. While it is worthy and feels really devout eating as much as you could, otherwise it also feels appropriate to smoke to control your eating mannerism. well seriously, if you don't wann procure caught, stop smoking, eat credibly and maintain a okay balanced diet. Smoking marijuana every light of day is definitely worse. THC is extremely destructive to your body, a lot more destructive than excess weight and oil and sugar ever will be. Your body -needs- a particular amount of fat, grease, and sugar every day. And marijuana might give a hand you feel better within the long run, but it can create some bad psychological problems. Basically, the marijuana is worse than the food. Plus, it's bent.
I have to confess ..I didnt read your entire book..sorry..but I would enjoy to say do you hold the muchies after smoking ..I do..and I eat zilch but junk food..so after the mary jane would be worst..but then again..if you into veggies or some hippie b.s. consequently the mary jane is okay..either bearing why do you care..only do what you want..I am ..
Stop with the burgers, be in motion with well again food. Teach yourself how to cook and exercise. You say you are intake much better and exercising but it takes time for those results to see in. In my experience, it take about 3 months for dramatic change to be felt and notice. For exercise, see a reputable personal trainer. Set goals. You can product quite plentifully of progress but it has to be day by day (cardio one day and shipment lifting the next, alternating, for example). You will surface like a million bucks but it does transport time (3 months, as I said - use a calendar to track your progress and you will see). The key to your grill is how herb 'solves' your mood problems immediately. Frankly, a pious stiff martini 'solves' a lot of my stress-related problems without beating about the bush but I have one martini or two a week and stop at hand... I know not to go near.
