You can try lay on your back beside two towels rolled up together longwise tucked under your knees. It help the alignment of your spine. Hope you feel better soon! I had something similar start to me and it was within my lower back.It turned out i have a buldged disc in my fund.What helped me be laying on my rear legs and having a hot shower whipping on my back.
try soaking surrounded by tea bags i doesnt relief with the backache much but it does draw toxins out of your system and it makes you consistency better.
