Try Ginger root. You can receive the supplements at Wal Mart, Walgreen's, etc. It's a natural nausea remedy. You can also cook near more ginger in your food, that help too..
Things that are minty usually help me
Ginger if I remember correctly. Chew on a bit peice of it and it really helps. I also remember during pregnancy taking something call preggie pops which were little complicated candies...not sure what was surrounded by them...I have a sneaking suspicion they be just overpriced regular antediluvian candy...but they seemed to work as okay.
Ginger. On Mythbusters, they purpossely made a machine that make people return with motion sickness and they tried different remedies. There were over the counter stuff, prescription pills and ginger pills, and the ginger worked for everyone the best. You can find ginger extract pills at most condition food or GNC type stores.
That being said, the ginger should also work in good health for plain old nausea, if it doesn't, peppermint grease is very important as well.

Another remedy is emetrol, over the counter nausea med.

Promethazine works for me, but it be in a prescription bottle, so I am not sure if it can be bought OTC. But something that can be bought OTC is Nauzene. They're a homeopathic treatment, but they work immensely well. They're red, chewable tablets, and you can find them at Walgreen's/Rite-Aid/CVS or other places approaching that.
I'm not sure of your gender, but if you're womanly and pregnant, call your doctor almost it. If you are anything BUT female and/or pregnant, try ginger. Either fresh ginger root steeped into (yep, you guessed it) tea, taken asa tablet, or even ginger ale will help. The digestive tract benefits from ginger are documented..try it and see why! I suffer severe nausea like mad of the time and these work for me all at different times. Sometimes one entry works but not another that worked last time.
We also use them greatly in nursing. Especially the one's from the start that don't involve medication.

Suck on barley sweets they supress the sicky feeling but also if you own any mint tea drink some.it settles the digestive system.
