I can recommend Dr. Bach remedies. They are not expensive at all, but do require some study to find out which ones are suitable for your situation. Plan on getting a clothed explanation from your pharmacist. The most popular one is "Rescue Remedy".
I find them fairly expensive and nonetheless, what price do u put on your health.
