Trouble speaking?

Erm.

I have trouble speaking it started yesterday.

I've a short time ago started smoking, a few days ago..like on thursday..
And very soon i'm having trouble speaking.

Like My nouns on the left side kinda hurts but not really..

I'm not sick or anything.
