I basically bought some Brewers yeast, how oodles tablespoons should I lift day by day?

Answer:
the bottle has a sign with directions for use on it
4 Tbsp/day dissolved surrounded by juice or sea. If this amount causes gas (which can take place in individuals beside diets low in B vitamins), inaugurate with 1 Tbsp/day and slowly increase dosage.
Well I'm not sure in the order of taking it for a supplement, but I grew up buying the bulk large pallid flakes of brewers yeast and putting them on home popped and butter pop corn. Just pop your corn melt TRUE butter on it and sprinkle as much as you want. I LOVE this stuff, I've shared this w/ tons of people and anyone who tries it really like it. My dad hates it, but hey, you can't please everyone.
